PMA IN THE COMMUNITY

PMA takes great pride in its commitment to community engagement. We support the community and local economy in a variety of ways. Not only do our hundreds of members patronize local businesses daily, but we also partner with local small businesses and nonprofits to provide direct support. We firmly believe that a strong and vibrant community is built upon active involvement, support, and collaboration. Our local community is PMA proud!

Community Engagement

Small Business Partnerships:

PMA works with local small businesses providing coffee and snacks for “coffee days or weeks,” catered membership meetings, and annual celebrations for our membership that provide revenue for local small businesses and introduces their products/services to our membership, who will likely return and patronize these businesses on a frequent basis.

Nonprofit Donations:

PMA seeks opportunities to partner with non-profit organizations in support of community and regional services, such as Friends in Deed, Union Station Homeless Services, and the Pasadena Police Foundation.

Community Event Sponsorships:

PMA sponsors a variety of annual community-based events in Pasadena that include the Black History Parade & Festival, Egg Bowl, Love, Loud & Proud, Latino Heritage Parade, Giggles & Screams, and Veteran’s Day Ceremony. View a complete list of our sponsorships.
