The Pasadena Management Association (PMA) is the bargaining unit for 550 management employees of the City of Pasadena. Governed by an elected Board of Officers and Directors with eight members, PMA receives input from a variety of committees, as well as individual members.
Dues Paying Members
Members have private access to a portal with extensive resources and helpful information regarding their membership.
Non-Dues Paying Members
As a Passive Member, personnel support is limited to those items outlined in the MOU that one cannot otherwise do on their own.
